CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

GENERAL

When you place an order electronically via the website, you are deemed to have accepted the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement.

Buyers are subject to the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the relevant regulations.

Shipping costs shall be borne by the Buyer.

The product shall be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within the legal period of 30 days. If delivery is not made within this period, the contract may be terminated.

The product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the order, and together with any warranty certificate and user manual, if applicable.

If the product cannot be supplied, the Buyer shall be notified within 3 days, and the payment shall be refunded within 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASE PRICE IS NOT PAID

If the Buyer fails to make payment or if the payment is canceled, the Seller’s obligation to deliver the product shall cease.

UNAUTHORIZED USE TRANSACTIONS

If unauthorized use of a credit card is detected after the product has been delivered and payment is not made to the Seller, the product must be returned to the Seller within 3 days, with shipping costs borne by the Buyer.

DELIVERY IN CASE OF FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of force majeure, the Buyer shall be informed accordingly. The Buyer may cancel the order, request replacement with a similar product, or choose to wait until delivery becomes possible.

If payment was made in cash, the refund shall be made within 14 days.

If payment was made by credit card, the refund shall be made to the bank, and the bank may reflect the amount to the Buyer’s account within 2–3 weeks.

OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT

The Buyer must inspect the product before accepting delivery. If the product is damaged, a damage report must be prepared with the cargo company officer. Otherwise, the product shall be deemed to have been delivered without damage.

If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product must not be used and must be returned together with the invoice.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, without providing any reason. The withdrawal notification must be submitted using the contact information below:

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

For service contracts, the withdrawal period starts from the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once service performance has begun.

All return-related costs shall be borne by the Buyer.

The Seller must be notified in writing within 14 days, and the product must not have been used.

EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

RETURN CONDITIONS

Payments and documents shall be refunded within 10 days from the date the withdrawal notice is received, and the product shall be collected within 20 days.

Any damage caused by user error must be compensated. The Buyer shall not be held responsible for deterioration caused by proper use.

If the total order amount falls below the campaign threshold due to the return, the applied discount shall be canceled.

PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that are customized for personal needs, products unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, products whose packaging has been opened, electronic services, and digital content.

Returns are not accepted for opened cosmetic products, software, CDs/DVDs, and similar items.

DEFAULT

In case of default in payments made by credit card, the bank may demand interest and additional charges. The Buyer shall be responsible for all damages arising from delayed payment.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Payment can be made via bank transfer (EFT/wire transfer).

Online payment and installment options are available. The total amount will be charged to the credit card upon completion of the order.
