, in order to inform you about the sending of commercial electronic communications and the processing, storage, and transfer of your personal data in accordance with the Electronic Communications Law No. 5809 (“ECL”), the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563 (“ETC”), the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”), and the relevant legislation.
If you give consent for commercial communications, your identity information (name, surname) and contact information (e-mail address, phone number) shared with TRİKOLAY GİYİM SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ will be processed by the Company for marketing communication purposes. This includes sending commercial electronic communications via the channels you have consented to (including WhatsApp, instant/short messages, phone, and e-mail); conducting customer satisfaction activities; carrying out marketing analysis studies; managing advertising, campaign, and promotion processes; managing the marketing processes of products and services; creating campaigns for customers; offering special opportunities to customers through the Company’s business partners; determining target audiences; monitoring customer activities to improve user experience; conducting direct and indirect marketing, personalized marketing, and remarketing activities; carrying out personalized segmentation, targeting, analysis, and internal reporting activities; conducting market research; planning and executing customer satisfaction activities; customizing and promoting the products and services offered according to the preferences, usage habits, and needs of the relevant persons; and planning and executing customer relationship management processes.
Within this scope, and limited to the planning and execution of marketing processes of the products and/or services of TRİKOLAY GİYİM SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ and its affiliates, as well as the planning and execution of processes aimed at creating and/or increasing loyalty, your personal data will be processed based on your explicit consent as the legal ground, in accordance with Article 6 of the ETC regarding commercial electronic communication consent and Article 5/1 of the KVKK, and limited solely to the activity of sending commercial electronic communications.
