This Privacy Notice has been prepared in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) in order to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data are processed by TRİKOLAY GİYİM SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, acting as the data controller, to whom and for what purposes they may be transferred, the methods and legal grounds for data collection, and your rights under KVKK.

To request deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in KVKK,
To request notification of correction, deletion, or destruction to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,
To object to the occurrence of a result against you through the analysis of your personal data exclusively by automated systems,
To request compensation for damages in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

Your applications will be responded to as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, provided that identity verification is completed.
